As President and CEO of McNeil Enterprises, LLC, nationally acclaimed speaker, Dr. Timothy McNeil presents to companies, schools and organizations worldwide. He is the founding pastor of the Community Fellowship Church International “CFC” headquartered in Windsor, CT. CFC also has a fellowship location in Wellington, FL and Khanewal, Pakistan, as well as a growing online digital campus with new . He serves as senior pastor of the Golden Hill Missionary Baptist Church “The Hill” in Longview, TX (Hallsville Community).

In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, he is the Grand Chaplain of the Texas State Most Worshipful Universal Grand Lodge #1 (A.F.A.M.). As an education advocate, McNeil served as former Chief Administrative Officer at the Accelerated Leadership Academy, Houston, TX.

Tim is a communications strategist, specializing in corporate and crisis management as well as an organization revitalization architect. As a musician and vocalist, he was recipient of music and general academic scholarships from Kilgore College, Paris Junior College and the University of Cincinnati. His post-secondary matriculation yielded a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management and Doctor of Business Administration in Business Intelligence. For his service in ministry and community, he received an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry from the Destiny Theological Institute, San Francisco, CA.

Tim has been a featured “inspiVational” speaker for a plethora of corporate and faith-based conferences ranging from business management and leadership training to executive coaching and HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention. The breadth of his speaking career spans from a former national panelist for the BET (Black Entertainment Television) network’s “Rap-It-Up” campaign to TD Jakes’ International Pastors and Leaders Conference.
